Introducing an engaging and self-checking Homophone digital wordsearch game in a summer theme.
In the Magic Word Search activity, students get a word from a list every time they get a question right. While they answer, the letters in the puzzle move around until they finish all the questions correctly. Students keep answering questions until they finish the task. Afterward, they get a break with a fun word search puzzle.
Students can answer the questions in any order they like. If it's right, they see one of the hidden words. If it's wrong, their answer turns red, telling them to fix it or ask for help. After all the questions are answered, then they get a brain break and get to complete an online wordsearch.
Importantly, no prior knowledge of Google Sheets is needed for both students and teachers to fully enjoy this activity.
